Characterize Cell Signaling at a Deeper Level

The CB1000 SystemCell Biosciences creates instrumentation systems, software, and assay products that reveal previously undetectable information about intracellular control pathways. Researchers use our products to discover subtle details about phosphoprotein signaling in a wide variety of biological systems, with particular interest in oncoprotein activation in cancer. Because of our system’s extreme detection sensitivity, low-abundance proteins can be accurately measured in samples as small as 25 cells, including:

  • FACS-sorted cells
  • Fine needle tumor aspirates
  • Micro-dissected tissue sections
  • Isolated stem cell populations

Our products are being used to uncover fundamental mechanisms controlling cell proliferation and cell death, to accelerate the development of new therapeutics, and to help identify new prognostic and diagnostic disease biomarkers.
